GB 19645-2010 食品安全國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 巴氏殺菌乳
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于全脂、脫脂和部分脫脂巴氏殺菌乳。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)代替GB 19645-2005 巴氏殺菌、滅菌乳衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及GB 5408.1-1999《巴氏殺菌乳》中的部分指標(biāo)，GB 5408.1-1999《巴氏殺菌乳》中涉及到本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的指標(biāo)以本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為準(zhǔn)。
